Sample Policy

If you require a sample of any items quoted, there will be a sample fee. The amount charged will be dependent on the sample required but is generally $25.00 (ex GST). This charge is to cover multiple freight costs incurred supplying & returning samples.

Exceptions to Sample Fee;
– If an order is placed based on the sample provided and the sample is returned to Capax Australia to be used in your order, no sample fee is applicable

– If the order placed is different to the sample supplied and the sample is returned to Capax Australia in a saleable condition (i.e., with tags and in original packaging), no sample fee is applicable

However;
– If the order placed is different to the sample supplied and the sample is returned to Capax Australia in a non-saleable condition (i.e., without tags, without original packaging, dirty or damaged), the sample fee / individual sample cost (whichever is greater) is applicable and will be added to your order / account.

– If an order is not placed the sample fee / individual sample cost (whichever is greater) is applicable and will be invoiced accordingly.
