Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping: 

We endeavour to ship exact quantities; however, we reserve the right to over/under supply 5% and bill accordingly. 

For all orders under $5,000.00 (total invoice cost) a delivery fee will be charged. 

Orders over $5,000.00 (total invoice cost), will be shipped free of charge within the Sydney metropolitan area. Large (e,g. multiple pallets) deliveries or deliveries outside of Sydney metro may incur a freight charge. Split deliveries (i.e., deliveries to different locations) will be additional cost. 

Returns/Replacements/Refunds: 

As Capax Australia specialise in promotional products decorated with your logo, we cannot offer a return or refund for change of mind, however we will accept returns/refunds under specific circumstances.  
Incorrect product / decoration: 

If the products you receive differ significantly from the item you have approved and paid for, please immediately contact us & we can arrange a pickup of the incorrect order and arrange for the order to be remade and redelivered. If the order was for a specific event and therefore cannot be used, we can arrange an alternative solution – e.g., discount or refund.
Goods damaged in transit: 

Please contact us immediately if you received products that have been damaged in transit. Depending on the circumstances, we can arrange for damaged products to be replaced or refunded. 

Missing stock / undersupply: 

In the case of missing stock or under-supply, please contact us within two weeks of product arrival to enable us to either replace or refund you the difference.

We cannot accept Returns or Refunds under the following circumstances: 

Late delivery: 

All effort will be made to ensure your order has been dispatched intime for your due delivery date. However, as we utilise third party courier companies, we cannot guarantee an exact date or time of arrival once the shipping process is underway. Sometimes deliveries will be delayed by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions or bad weather. If you have an urgent deadline, please discuss the details in advance with us to ensure that all reasonable efforts can be made to ensure that your goods arrive within your deadline. 

Change of mind:

All custom decoration applied to promotional products cannot be reversed. Therefore, once production begins no returns or refunds can be accepted. Please ensure that you have chosen carefully, and you have double checked the artwork approval supplied before signing off the order. 

Undecorated items may be returned / refunded for change of mind; however, stock MUST be returned within 14 days of invoice date. Stock MUST be returned in a saleable condition (i.e. with tags and original intact packaging). Stock is to be returned at your cost and freight charges will not be refunded. Furthermore, any additional charges incurred by Capax – e.g., restocking fee’s will be charged to you at cost.
